China International Nameplate Development Association（ICP ）is consisted of some international quality authentication organizations such as Chinese Brand Enterprises Joint Development Promotion Association and the American International Quality Authentication Center, the domestic and foreign expert, consultant in quality research  and  many overseas organizations specialized in quality, brand authentication.
